1. This website
These pages are static files. They set no cookies, run no analytics or advertising scripts, and build no profile of you. Fonts are served from this domain — no third-party font requests. Our host records standard server logs (such as IP address and page requested) for security and reliability, as every web host does.
2. Purchases and downloads
All sales and downloads are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record and processes your email address, payment details and order information under Gumroad's privacy policy. We never see or store your payment details. Through Gumroad's dashboard we can see order records and the email addresses of customers and free-tool subscribers, and we may use those addresses to deliver what you asked for and to send occasional product updates. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
3. Social media automation
We publish posts to our own accounts on platforms such as Pinterest automatically, using those platforms' official APIs. This automation posts our own product content to our own accounts. It does not collect, store or process personal data about other users of those platforms, and it never accesses anyone else's account.
4. Email you send us
If you email us, we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Nothing more.
5. What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not buy email lists.
6. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. Email claudebyrichard@gmail.com and we will act on your request. Data held by Gumroad can also be requested directly from Gumroad. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in Hungary, the NAIH).
7. Children
Our products are made for adults managing their own money, work or projects. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date above.
